Grouting works

The strength and serviceability of a structure are compromised if post-tensioned tendons are not grouted or are poorly grouted. Our team at CES offers full forensic investigations to discover any non-compliant grouting and re-grouts the tendons in a variety of ways.

Grout can be reinstated by hand pumps, powered pumps, or by using a vacuum where access is difficult or restricted.

Tendon Truncations in Concrete Removal

Post-tension truncations are required when voids or penetrations are being cut out of an existing post tension slab.

Truncation techniques allows to incorporate new lifts, stairs, travellators, mechanical penetrations in existing post-tension structure without compromising the structure’s strength.

CES offers a complete design review, investigation and on-site truncation works.
